11. Online booking (Planway)

We use the online booking system Planway to manage appointments and customer information.

When you book an appointment through Planway, we may collect and process the following information:

  • Information about your dog

  • Requests or preferences related to the booking

  • Previous bookings

  • Any notes you provide us about your dog's coat care, health, or wellbeing

Planway processes personal data on our behalf in order to provide functions such as appointment scheduling, customer management, reminders, and related services.

We have taken steps to ensure that personal data processed through Planway is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

12. Photos of your dog

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your dog to document the results of a treatment or to showcase our work on our website and social media.

We only publish images that can reasonably be linked to you or your dog if we have received your consent.

Providing consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for receiving our grooming services.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. We will then stop using the images in future publications and will, where possible, remove previously published images from our own platforms.

13. CCTV

For the safety of our customers, their dogs, our staff, and our premises, CCTV may be installed in our salon.

CCTV is used for:

  • Prevention and detection of crime

  • Protection of customers, dogs, staff, and property

  • Securing our business

Footage is only accessed when necessary and is retained only for a limited period, unless required in connection with an incident or to comply with legal obligations.

Where CCTV is in use, clear signage will be displayed at the entrance to the salon.

You may have the right to request access to CCTV footage in which your personal data appears, subject to the rights of other individuals and applicable legal restrictions.
