Terms and Conditions

1. Booking
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via our social media.
 

2. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, or via our online booking system.
 

3. Our treatments
Our treatments include professional bathing, blow-drying, coat care tailored to the dog's breed and coat type, nail trimming, ear cleaning/ear hair plucking (where relevant), sanitary trimming, and anal gland expression (upon request or if necessary).
 

4. Professional care
We work with professional equipment, quality products, and high hygiene standards to ensure your dog's comfort and safety.
 

5. During the treatment
For the wellbeing and safety of the dog, treatments are carried out without the owner present. Most dogs are calmer and cooperate better when their owner is not in the room.
 

6. Before your visit
We ask that you walk your dog before the visit, so they have the opportunity to relieve themselves.
 

7. Sedative medication
If your dog has been given sedative medication before the visit, please inform us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if this has not been disclosed.
 

8. Health information
The owner is responsible for disclosing any illnesses or behavioural conditions, including neurological disorders, heart conditions, allergies, skin problems, mobility issues, anxiety, or aggressive behaviour.
 

9. Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if the dog becomes highly stressed or aggressive, or if continuing the treatment is assessed to be unsafe for the dog or our staff.
 

10. Liability
Froggie Doggie ApS cannot be held liable for health complications resulting from illnesses or conditions that were not disclosed prior to treatment.
 

11. Vaccinations
All dogs must be vaccinated appropriately for their age.
 

12. Prices
All prices are estimates. The final price depends on the dog's size, coat condition, behaviour, and the time the treatment takes. Any additional costs will always be agreed with the owner before treatment begins.
 

13. Matted coats
If the coat is severely matted, it may be necessary to cut it shorter than desired for the welfare of the dog. Any additional charges will, as far as possible, be agreed with the owner before treatment begins.
 

14. Fleas and parasites
If fleas or other external parasites are discovered during the consultation, appropriate treatment and salon disinfection are mandatory. An additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of treatment and salon hygiene.
 

15. No-show or late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked treatment, payable before or at the next visit.
 

16. Photos
Unless you inform us otherwise, you consent to photos of your dog being used for marketing purposes on our website and social media. Personal information about the owner is never shared.

By leaving your dog in the care of Froggie Doggie ApS, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
